Thank you Phantasmal. I was headed out to work this morning when I wrote that and didn’t have time to look anything up.

I will say this, if there were “no restrictions” I would have been carrying if I was there. And at this point in my life it’s more about protecting my family than stopping a “bad guy.”

My point is this: The shooters [very, very likely] broke the law before they carried out the act of shooting.

Yet when you search for articles covering the crime a vast majority of the writers focus on “lax gun laws” in Missouri or the need for gun bans and not on the 3 idiots they have in custody.

You already know this but I’ll add it for others … I am not willing to give up second amendment rights because idiots commit crimes with guns. I am not willing to support politicians who would pass laws that would only prevent people like me from being armed, nor am I voting for any politician who would use my proxy to vote to take away those rights to make the US, eventually, like GB, Australia, etc. as it pertains to guns.

Disagreed. I doubt any sensible person disagrees with denying access to guns by criminals and nutjobs. The problem is lying Democrats who want to use that as an excuse to deny access to guns for middle-class and lower Americans like the Euros do their own people.

Yesterday's shooting in KC has put sensible gun laws back on the ballot in 2024. The shooters were obviously under 18 or we would have already known the identity of the shooters. So, this had to be juvenile delinquents that had some easy access to weapons. This was not anything other than some juvenile delinquents, with easy access to guns, with criminal intent running amuck in our society- meanwhile another life was taken, and 22 people were seriously wounded, with 9 or more being between 5 and 15 years old.

SO, FUCK YOU GUN-TARD- WE'LL FIX THIS!

We intend to restore sensible and legal gun ownership in this country- BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL NOW!

Given the amalgam that is the Dem/Progressive voter, and given the sad fact that with the nation at stake the kids still need to be 'motivated' to vote, these killings are suddenly an issue again.

The kids who have been whining about Biden's age (trump's too) will now be reminded to vote for their lives once again. Instead of refusing to vote the way they did when they were butthurt over Bernie.

All of the interviewing during the recent NY 3 special election that Suozzi ran away with, showed that the women were leaning Dem and the men were leaning Republican. For obvious reasons.

Those two issues alone do very well for Democrats in Washington.

Especially given that Democrats usurped control of the border issue.

Let's just say a careless idiot like you, that does not believe GUN LAWS of any kind should exist, attends a gunshow, and purchases an AR-15 style weapon. You filled out the background report, it goes through and is approved, and then you pick up your gun, and take it home. Then you show this gun to your next door neighbor, and he offers you more money than you paid for it, and you sell it to him, and hand it over to him immediately, and without any background check.

Are you IDIOT or LIAR enough to say, that that loophole does not exist?

if an exemption is SPECIFICALLY written in to the law, it doesn't make it a loophole, moron. It's an exemption from the law. you know how that is, like exemptions for retired law enforcement being able to carry in all 50 states via LEOSA
