It's a possibility, given the bias that recent discoveries indicates. Judges and prosecutors recuse themselves all the time. Jurors have been challenged for less.

At the least, I'd say that Mueller has exercised very poor judgment in failing to perform due diligence.

Surely, Mueller had to have at least been aware that Ohr's wife was employed by Fusion GPS as their Russian specialist during the Hillbag campaign.

CNN has also learned that Strzok was the FBI official who signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to sources familiar with the matter.
