Mueller: only reason I didn't charge obstruction is OLC pol for sitting presidents

How so? Mueller Report stated that there was no evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of intent to obstruct.
You didn't mind when Comey used that same "there was no evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of intent to obstruct?
Even after destroying evidence, hard drives, Blackberries, cell phones, emails, etc. which were subpoened?

he knows it, don't feed into these nut-bags desperate attempt to keep this going

game set match

this time next week only CNN will still be bloviating

The Democrats that seriously want to be considered for 2020 will almost undoubtedly be begging for CNN to STOP IT.
It's a losing strategy to keep chewing on this nothing burger

America has been served the results, they are tired of this non-sense.....game set match

“Mueller: only reason I didn't charge obstruction is OLC pol for sitting presidents. “

Total lie.

Barr said that he specifically asked Mueller and he said that the OLC decision had nothing to do with his decision.

Mueller’s testimony in Congress will be so fun!

I can't wait. I am imagining your complete and utter meltdown afterwards. It will almost be as massive as the meltdown you will have when Trump is re-elected thanks to a booming economy and the FACT that the Mueller investigation was a massive hoax.

I’m looking forward to it.... this is a terrible day for Rumppers, I think secretly you know it. Denial is the first stage, you will get to acceptance eventually.

Yeah; it's been awful. Which is why you have started seven meltdown threads; because you are winning.

QUOTE=Jarod; Some people from the Trump campaign are going to prison over Russian collusion. 11-28-18

YAWN!

Like I said.

Nothing will happen to dump or his family. He will be reselected in 2020 and we'll have to put up with his racist ass for another 4 years. I just hope the damage he and his administration causes can be reversed.

Again, this is payback for electing a Black man in the white house.

Shouldn't you be more concerned about Russia`s attempt to get involved with the US election? The bipartisan committee of Congress will have access to the report without redaction and testimony from the special counsel

He'll get away with it like he's been getting away with everything he has been doing thus far.

Who's gonna stop him?

Get away with WHAT????!!!! He didn't do anything dunce. Well, he did WIN an election. Can't impeach for that snowflake.

horrific details of Barr's report are oozing to the surface

Source: CNN

In the report, special counsel Robert Mueller outlined why obstruction by President Trump failed. It failed because others refused to "carry out orders."

"The President's efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests," the report said.

"James) Comey did not end the investigation of (Michael) Flynn, which ultimately resulted in Flynn's prosecution and conviction for lying to the FBI. (Don) McGahn did not tell the Acting Attorney General that the special counsel must be removed, but was instead prepared to resign over the President's order. (Corey) Lewandowski and Dearborn did not deliver the President 's message to (Jeff) Sessions that he should confine the Russia investigation to future election meddling only. And McGahn refused to recede from his recollections about events surrounding the President's direction to have the special counsel removed, despite the President's multiple demands that he do so. Consistent with that pattern, the evidence we obtained would not support potential obstruction charges against the President's aides and associates beyond those already filed," the report said.

That's not what the report says. Why don't you read the actual report instead of mindlessly regurgitating the nonsense you are spoon fed on CNN?

Is it because that would require effort; you lazy dumb fuck?

And speaking of testifying, Mueller said that trump's (meaning his attorneys') written answers were inadequate. More than 30 times he wrote that he didn't recall or remember. This is the guy who claims he has "one of the great memories of all times. "Right from the beginning, there's no hesitation, one of the great memories of all time," [trump] continued, pointing to his brain.

"Special counsel Muller lays out his negotiations with President Trump’s attorneys regarding an interview with the president. Mueller writes in the introductory note that they advised counsel that "a[n] interview with the President is vital to our investigation."

Mueller says that Trump "stated on more than 30 occasions that he "does not ‘recall’ or ‘remember’ or have an "independent recollection’" of information called for by the questions." Mueller received the president’s responses in November 2018. Beginning in Dec 2017 they sought to interview the president on "topics relevant to both Russian-election interference and obstruction-of-justice." Mueller writes that "Other answers were "incomplete or imprecise."

"We again requested an in-person interview, limited to certain topics, advising the President’s counsel that "[t]his is the President’s opportunity to voluntarily provide us with information for us to evaluate in the context of all the evidence we have gathered." "The President declined."
