Mueller furloughed......

in spite of the fact that there's been a lot in the news about Mueller's office being open during the shutdown you just had to go be stupid

Well, Trump is asking if he can fire Fed Chairman Powell .. and, domestic gas prices have fallen to $45 and headed for $40 so that will be a problem for domestic producers.

That will mean layoffs, that will mean some of Trump’s base. The sad thing, he has no idea what all is going on. He has no idea how to govern.

Meanwhile Trump wants to fire the Chairman of the Fed and domestic oil prices are $45 and headed lower which will hurt domestic producers. The economy is headed for the ditch.
 
Mueller investigation will not stall in government shutdown

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election will continue unimpeded despite the partial government shutdown that went into effect at midnight Friday.

The special counsel’s office is “funded from a permanent indefinite appropriation and would be unaffected in the event of a shutdown,” a Justice Department spokesman told The Hill.
