But, I am interested in your question, so...

Whether Tyre was a thug or not...it is not the duty of police officers to kill thugs or non-thugs...and only a fucking moron would think it is. Tyre was not committing a crime when the shooting took place.

In the case of "Ashli"...she was (whether white, black, or brown)...breaking into the House Chamber...and doing so through a window she and her fellow criminals had just smashed. She was committing a crime at the time she was shot. I wish she hadn't been shot, but she just about asked for it with what she was doing.

There was abundant reasons to kill Ashli Babbit on that video.

Try this for example. Assemble a small mob, march into a police station. Chant 'kill the chief of police' and then march right towards the Chief and refuse to stop, when police with guns command you to. See how that goes for you.

Had Ashli and the protestors entered that last retreat room, they would have outnumbered the few armed guards and been able to take their guns, just as they did with the guards outside, when the overwhelmed them with numbers. The cops said they could not try to use their guns or other weapons, at that point, because they were surrounded and the mob could take those weapons and feel justified in using, claiming self defense.

The only way to not surrender your charges to the mob, is to keep distance from the mob. Once the mob has you surrounded you surrender your charges to the mob. A mob that wanted to kill them.

It was NOT a police station you stupid lying tranny. It was the capitol building and has always been called THE PEOPLE'S HOUSE. They had a right to protest the election. Dems stormed the same building in jan 2017 when trump was inaugurated. But the repubs did not tell the cops to shoot the protesters.

Saying i am offering an example, is not then lying you simpleton. Don't blame me because you are too dumb to know what an example is.

THE PEOPLE HOUSE is not somewhere you can scale walls and break in to by smashing glass and doors in, and enter and say 'this is the People's House' and thus it is not illegal, you nitwit. That is not just breaking the law, but the guards on the other side CAN shoot you as you force your way in. Dem's did no such thing so stop being incredibly stupid and trying to equate things that do not equate.

A mob of hundreds of rioters forced their way into the People's House by ATTACKING police and overwhelming them and taking their weapons and using them against them. They marched thru the Capital while shouting warnings they would Harm and Kill Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi and others while doing so.

Had Ashli Babbit succeeded and led that wave of the rioting mob into that last room, where they were hold up with the Congress people, the mod would have had control of the few Capital police in that room and their weapons while AT THE SAME TIME, taking the Congress people also in that room hostage. The rioting Mob would have full control of what would happen next to those Congress people. Would they hang any of them? Would they otherwise harm any of them as they were promising?

The Capital Police guarding the Congress People CANNOT just leave that to chance and give the rioting MOB that power and hope for the best. That was a line that HAD to be drawn and Ashli Babbitt, once she decided she would not stop, even as she saw the gun pointed at her and heard the command to stop, as she knew if she called his bluff and got in that room with the others in the mob, they would then take that officers guns, made the wrong bet. She got shot as she HAD to be shot.
