Mrs. Santorum

Oh please...I can't wait to read where this take us...

Please describe in specific detail what a "whore sheep" are and why it isn't an insult.

Do you think I'm more vile than Poet or Darla?

When I see you pusillanimous pissants call your pals on their vile words, then I'll stop laughing at your bitch and moan opera and refine my words.

Deck hand ?......Serving in the Navy has nothing to do with this subject....
Agnostic?.......My religious beliefs of lack of them have nothing to do with this subject......
Excommunication?....That has nothing to do with this subject......

If you say YOU are a Catholic, then you should know what your church teaches about childbirth and the health and care of both mother and baby during childbirth....
Try educating yourself and you'll see Santorum has nothing to explain about HIS or HIS WIFE's actions......

If you have a problem with the doctrine, rules, regulations or beliefs of the Catholic Church, join a different church that is more in line with your beliefs rather than
ridiculing the Church.....
You certainly don't like it when others ridicule the Muslims for their beliefs, yet you do the very same thing because of you not understanding of what your own church teaches..

You and your groupie ID need to get your bi-focals strengthened, or at least go back and read the thread from the beginning.

I know perfectly well Church teaching on abortion and the health of the mother. In fact, I referred to it back in post 99 which mentioned Directive 47. I supported the nun's decision to let the woman in Phoenix have an abortion. She was not acting outside the rules of the Church. I condemned the bishop who excommunicated her for permitting the abortion, in posts 194 and 223. He was acting outside the rules of the Church.

I've criticized santorum for the last 20-odd years he's held public office because of his rank hypocrisy on many positions, not just abortion. He's at his worst when he criticizes others for doing the very same things he does himself, and then tries to justify his actions with semantics.

Finally, I never ridiculed any church, Catholic, Mormon, or otherwise. You're making up a rant and using me as your target and you're flat-out wrong. I have ridiculed people who twist biblical or Church teachings in an effort to push an agenda. That's the difference.

Sounds like a man with excellent moral values and respect for life......even an agnostic can agree with every word.....

Is that your point in posting this ?

This is exactly the point people are trying to make about santorum that you don't get.

If Church teaching allows abortion in certain cases, why is santorum saying “That would be taking a life, and I believe that any doctor that performs an abortion, I would advocate that any doctor that performs an abortion, should be criminally charged for doing so.”

It sure doesn't sound like Catholic church teaching, does it.

You asked me how I defined "whore sheep" and I answered. Why aren't you answering the same question?

You are a flipping shill. Santorum sounds EXACTLY like any pro-life candidate. YOU are the Catholic hypocrite.

“Do you believe there should be legal exceptions for rape and incest when it comes to abortion?” NBC’s David Gregory asked Santorum.

“I believe that life begins at conception and that life should be guaranteed under the Constitution,” Santorum replied.

“Even in the case of rape or incest? That would be taking a life?” Gregory pressed.

“That would be taking a life,” Santorum agreed. “I believe that any doctor who performs an abortion — I would advocate that any doctor who performs an abortion should be criminally charged for doing so. I have never supported criminalization of abortion for mothers, but I do for people who perform them.”

“I do believe that life is sacred,” he added. “It’s one of those things in the Declaration of Independence. We are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights. The first is life and I believe that life should be protected at the moment it is a human life. And at conception, it is biologically human and it’s alive and it’s a human life and should be a person under the Constitution.”

so you were lying when you tried to pretend "whore sheep" wasn't some kind of insult...thought so.

More santorum hypocrisy.

"On May 17, 2004, Rick Santorum put out a press release saying, “I will continue to use my position in Senate leadership to push my colleagues to pass meaningful medical liability reform.” But just what has his “leadership” meant for people who are sick and injured by malpractice? Not much.

Back in 1994, when Santorum was in Congress and running for the Senate, he introduced H.R. 3918, which would have capped non-economic damages awarded by juries in medical malpractice cases at $250,000. On February 7, 2003, Senator Santorum said the $250,000 cap set in Congressman Jim Greenwood’s bill was “too low.” The next day, he told The Associated Press that he’d “been hesitant to sign on to any bill that has a cap.” Did something happen to change Santorum from one who authored a bill capping damages for a victim’s pain and suffering into one who couldn’t even sign onto such a bill?

Yes. Reality happened to Rick. In 1999, Santorum’s wife, Karen, filed her own medical malpractice lawsuit against a chiropractor in Virginia, seeking $500,000 in non-economic damages – twice the amount allowed in her husband’s own legislation five years earlier.

Again, it’s the hypocrisy, stupid!

Apparently, Rick Santorum thinks the rules ought to be different for him than for everyone else. Because even if he once fought to keep injured people from seeking more than $250,000 for pain and suffering, that certainly wasn’t enough for the Santorums themselves. His wife wanted $500,000 in damages against her Virginia-based chiropractor for alleged malpractice -- although her actual medical costs added up to $18,800.

What you view as hypocrisy is your own mis-characterization of events....

Santorum thought a $250,000 cap was a correct in 1994 and that is one thing.....
Stating a larger amount 10 years later is not hypocrisy at all.....Its 10 freakin' years later......and that amount is now the new figure.......of course ...its 10 years later.....

a speeding ticket 20 years ago is certainly much higher today.......and its normal and natural for those things to change .......you call it hypocrisy because you're a partisan ass.....

Only an idiot like you would call someone a hypocrite if they say a speeding ticket should be $1000 and then when they get a speeding ticket they only pay $150, because thats what the fine is.....its not hypocrisy, its the law......
If there was no cap on the lawsuit, she could ask whatever the hell she wanted......its was the law at the time of the event....

People get millions of dollars from McDonalds for spilling hot coffee on themselves.....so what the fuck is your point about actual medical cost.....McDonalds coffee only costs 2 bucks.

These nasty miscreant cocksuckers believe they are entitled to spew their hateful smears and lies. Just toss it right back in their lying hateful ugly faces.

Idiot. His wife filed her lawsuit five years after her husband's bill, not ten. And santorum didn't change his mind about a cap until five years after that. Mrs. S's medical costs amounted to $18,800... nowhere near the $500,000 she was requesting. She wasn't fair and honorable enough to request the amount of her bills plus a little more for pain and suffering. Instead she asked for almost 27 times the amount. That translates to GREED. And as usual, santorum the hypocritical p.o.s. could only say “The court proceedings are a personal family matter. I will not be offering any further public comments, other than that I am not a party to the suit. But I am fully supportive of my wife.” It's a lead pipe cinch his jaws would have been flapping in criticism if it was Mrs. Kerry's lawsuit, for example.

This is a personal family matter and none of your damn business and has nothing to do with the campaign for President. Hateful asshole.

So basically your problem is one of jealousy. Get over it, asshole.

I do not wish to see your bullshit any more so back to ignore. I would also call upon as many others as possible to do the same.

He's a presidential candidate, numbnuts, and when his personal family matters clash with his stated positions, voters have every right to question where he's really coming from.

You must be their family member, the lengths you're going to in defending them.

Like I pointed out....one women got 2.9 million and a man, 500,000 for spilling hot McDonalds coffee on themselves......think that was more than enough to cover medical bills and "a little more" for pain and suffering......
But thats not really the point.......if Santorums legislation would have prevailed, his wife's lawsuit would have been limited....it wasn't and so neither was her lawsuit.....
what the fuck is your point......was the speeding ticket analogy over your head.?

Asswipe liberals demanding a share of other peoples hard earned wages as redistribution of wealth have no fuckin' right to accuse others of greed....or following the present rules, regulations and laws of hypocrisy......
