Mother of Hunter's daughter Navy requests surname be changed to Biden

Lunden Alexis Roberts, who was impregnated by the President's son after he frequented the club she stripped at, gave birth to their daughter Navy in August 2018, according to the Daily Mail.

On Tuesday, Roberts filed a name change petition with an Arkansas court following a formal request from Hunter to have his child support payments adjusted in September due to his financial circumstances changing.

Though the Biden family has not met Navy, Roberts wants her daughter to carry the benefit of being a Biden with her.

Her lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, argued that Navy would "benefit from carrying the Biden family name," because it is "now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful."

The court documents claim that while Navy is "estranged" from her father's side of the family, this "misconduct or neglect" may be rectified by allowing her to carry the Biden name, so that she may "undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family," reports the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

Robert's filing also claims that the First Son is "attempting to stifle discovery into his financial affairs while simultaneously reducing his child support obligation on the claim that he now earns less income."

His child's mother's attorneys have requested documentation of Biden's lavish homes, vehicles, and any other evidence of his "well-established history of a lavish lifestyle" in order to see how much he may really owe in child support.

"[Biden] objects and refuses to provide all the requested information. Instead, [Biden] seeks a protective order," the filing states.

Roberts also took interest in the ongoing federal investigation into Biden's tax affairs, "to determine if, as Federal authorities insinuated, the defendant failed to disclose all his income as this goes to earning capability and Mr. Biden's credibility."

Hunter, who originally denied being Navy's father or ever having known her mother, became involved with Roberts after meeting her at the Mpire Club in Washington, D.C., where she stripped.

Remember all the arguments by RWers about abortion and "father's rights"? What about a father's obligations, evince?

The child did not ask to be born, but still exists. Hunter is the father. Why shouldn't the daughter carry his name?

You hate the mother so badly that your hate carries over to the four year old kid?
