Mother of 10-year-old rape victim defends accused rapist

The mother of the Ohio 10/y rape victim tells Telemundo's @MariaVargasPion that the child "is fine", and "everything they say about (Gerson Flores) is a lie."

This portion of a broader interview sheds significant light on the familial dynamics of this case, and further vindicates all skepticism over how the story broke and was handled. We don't even get to this point without the critical work of @MeganFoxWriter and so many others.

This appears to confirm my thesis of a domestic situation wherein the confessed rapist is also the paramour of the victim's mother (other familial relation is possible but less likely). Unfortunately, I saw many such cases while working as a court interpreter.

The mother's distressed defense of the rapist suggests that a: She is also here illegally and fears deportation
b: The defendant is the family's sole source of income
c: There is a likelihood of other children in the home
d: Mom is exposed to removal of the children under dependency proceedings (failure to protect). Has there been such a filing yet and if not why not?

Other questions: what was the time gap between the initial reporting of the rape and the filing of criminal charges? Why did the referring abortion provider not report the rape to authorities? Was the child forced to live with her rapist in furtherance of an abortion narrative?

Was the child compelled to stay quiet until after news of the abortion was leaked to the media? If so, how so?

Was criminal reporting of the rape of a Latina girl suppressed or delayed in furtherance of a political agenda?

These questions need to be answered ASAP.

Looks like the accused rapist was mama's boyfriend and she took her daughter to Indiana not to have an abortion as much as to hide an abortion.
 
Sure she did. Considering the accuracy and truth of what you post, I'll just go with this being a fabrication of words from some septic media source. Heck, you could be using some random tweet. Maybe post something less gossipy and more newsworthy if you want people even to bother taking you off ignore.

Telemundo reporter: The woman, who refused to provide her name and concealed her face, states that she has not filed charges against 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes, who is charged with rape. Per the authorities, he confessed to having vaginal contact on at least two occasions with the girl who recently turned 10, therefore it is estimated that she may have been nine-years-old when she was raped and became pregnant.

It's been enlightening to watch the Reichwingers play this horrible story. First the narrative was that the story was complete fiction and made up to promote abortion rights in the wake of the Roe v Wade decision. Biden lied about it!

Then the perp is arrested so now the narrative is "he's a filthy illegal. Biden's fault for having open borders! Dems support open borders and rape!"

The RW is insane.

We thought it was fiction because the planned parenthood doctor, the child abuse counselor, and mother of the rape victim were all colluding not to report the child rape to prevent the deportation of the rapist.

Why it take months and the demands of the Ohio AG and state Republican lawmakers for the rape to finally get reported?
 
Could be legit. On the other hand, buying whatever supports our narrative or rejecting what doesn't is what we do here.

Really? So if they weren't reporting it, how did it get reported? Credible sources say that the physician in Indiana reported it. She is a mandated child abuse reporter, after all. She is bound by law to report these things.

What months? The S.Ct. decision to cancel Roe v Wade just happened. Remember, that's why the child had to go to another state for medical care.

Is it painful, being stupid and defending indefensible stuff and people?

You made the claim that it wasn't reported; it's on YOU to prove it. I've already shown that you are wrong. Google "10 year old rape victim" or the physician's name, and you'll find a dozen other media outlets verifying the CNN report. Or are you afraid?
