His plea deal got him pretrial diversion something that almost never happens and two misdemeanors. The DOJ let two years 2014 and 2015 income tax fraud charges to lapse on 8.2 million dollars of income. Something that never happens also. Hunter even claimed business deductions on money he paid to whores. :laugh:

The judge will decide. However, his plea deal is not an easy deal. It is actually at the top end of penalties. He has been investigated for over 4 years. Such a break that is,Investigators, swarming over your whole life looking for something to charge, and that is all they found? Hunters' reputation has been destroyed. He will be paying for being Joe's son. The rightys have been after him because his dad is very honest and clean. Destroy his son and the scent might waft onto Joe.

And yet countless prosecutors, who have been in the position of charging these very crimes, say Hunter got harsher treatment and that 5 years resources would never have typically been spent on a case like this.

The Clintons released 30 years of taxes. That is where you start an investigation. It also shows they have nothing to hide. Trump acting like his taxes are more secret than Colonel Sanders's recipe, shows he has a lot to hide. They are not the same.

Nope, Context matters and the prosecutors who have spoken on it, and that is a lot of them, say it is very common for drugged out individuals, who are pathetic liars generally, when in the peak of their addiction, are typically not pursued for jail sentences over such lies unless there are other offenses such as using the gun in a crime, etc. So you are just wrong.


And ya, Bill Clinton was pursued for almost 5 years by Ken Starr and Brett Kavanaugh Special Prosecutor investigation, over the White Water nothing burger, and when they could find nothing they started to pursue the 'blow job' witch hunt hoping a guy cheating on his wife would lie about it FBI (d'uh cheaters lie to everyone about cheating) as they knew they had a good perjury trap with that one.
