More stupidity from San Fran....

This line is what I have trouble with... i'm just not getting the disrespect out of it. I mean four kids wore red, white and blue or u.s. flags and that ruins your day or is disrespectful to you?

"The students say they want people to know they're proud of their heritage and they believe wearing red, white and blue on Cinco de Mayo is disrespectful."

I am right there with you. I absolutely do not understand how the American flag somehow is disrespectful to those celebrating Cinco De Mayo.

Like anybody would care if they wore a Mexican flag on 4th of July... Seriously, who comes up with this stuff?

for you geographically challenged folks Morgan Hill is south of San Jose, so while it might qualify as the southern most part of the Bay Area it is not San Francisco.

On one end there are people who revere the flag, consider it something which should be akin to a human being in terms of protection from harm, saluted and spoken to on a regular basis.

On the end you have people who treat the it as an embarrassment, something offensive, which should be hidden away from non-white people because it might upset them.

Whatever happened to the normal people who think a flag is just a flag?

These aren't normal people, obviously.

Ha! Nice catch! Check out the brain on Cawacko!

Morgan Hill isn’t even a suburb of San Francisco. It’s like 70 miles from San Francisco. I don’t even think locals even think of it as a suburb of San Jose. By Cali standards, it’s pretty much a town that’s out in the boon docks; out in farm country. At best, one could say it’s kinda-sorta almost in the Bay Area. But that’s like saying Delaware is kinda, sorta in the Washington, DC metro area.
