More signs Gingrich is losing it

In an interview with The Washington Post, Gingrich said he was stunned by Romney’s debate performance the previous evening, which he characterized as “the most blatantly dishonest performance by a presidential candidate I’ve ever seen.”

Newt is a whiny bitch who's only about one thing: Newt. I despise him with every fiber of my being.

I think Romney won the debate, and will win Florida, and I think we'll look back on this debate as the point where he sealed the deal. Newt has been mopping the floors in previous debates, and Romney has been lackluster, but this debate was totally different. Romney landed some stunning blows on Gingrich.. On immigration, "our problem is not 11 million grandmothers..." On his F&F portfolio. "Have you looked at your own investments Mr. Speaker?" And finally, when Blitzer was pressing Gingrich to discuss his attacks on Romney, and Newt played the "we're all above that" excuse, Romney nailed him again. Newt's whining about the media or the coverage, or the questions, or whatever... has gotten old, and isn't working for him. Meanwhile, Romney is now using Michelle Bachmann's debate coach, and it shows. He looked and sounded more like a confident and sharp conservative candidate in this debate, and I think voters maybe saw a side of Romney they hadn't seen before.
