Hunter?

Not the same thing. I do get other vaccines that have been proven to work and not have potentially serious side effects. None of those require a "booster" shot every six months...

COVID vaccines have been proven to work. All vaccines have potential side effects and the COVID vaccines don't require booster shots every six months.

You need to stop listening to Steve Bannon, NewsMax and InfoWars. It's rotting your brain, boy.

People who were initially immunized with two shots of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine should receive a booster shot after five months, rather than six, according to a new recommendation from the the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

I stand corrected. As of this new year, the recommended time for a booster is now 5 not 6 months. My comment was based on last year's CDC recommendation (which I smartly ignored).

Nice try. T.A. Garbler. You said EVERY six months. Something the CDC never said.

OMG are you such an idiot...

The six-month thing is a repetitive need for dosing. The manufacturer is saying the vaccine--as it is right now--is only effective for six months.

Correspondence in The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) states that Moderna was found to offer strong antibody protection for at least six months following the second dose.

https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih...-vaccine-generates-long-lasting-immune-memory

Studies of two of the most prominent COVID-19 vaccines suggest they remain effective for at least six months.
The CEO of one vaccine maker said immunity may start to fade within a year.

So, you need a goddamned booster with this shit every six--well, now five--months according to the Communist Doctor's Cabal (CDC). Good thing I don't listen to quacks.

Actually, more rambling from Lionfish and his many socks.

Some of which are "lionfish," actually "copy and paste's," pseudonyms, does it often, posts his copy and pastes then responses to his own posts, it's humorous, boring, but always a laugh to think he thinks he is fooling somebody

You should be on FoxNews (and that's not a compliment).

You said: "only effective for six months."

CDC says: "was found to offer strong antibody protection for at least six months"

Now show me where the CDC or anybody else said it "requires a "booster" shot every six months..". as you said a few posts back.

I'm done with you.

Joe Crapitalist does not know what he is talking about. It has been about 2 years since the COVID vaccine has been available. We are on our 4 round of boosters. So that is about 6 months per booster.

So do not get a booster. You will show them. A booster every 6 months is not a terrible hardship. However, the vaccine does not flip off like a light switch after 6 months.

The need for boosters are the new variants, thank the unvaxxed.
