apparently your drug addled mind has resulted in confusion......he was convicted of a single misdemeanor count of illegally parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol......nothing at all about "insurrection"......by the way, he was sentenced to 45 days for this offence which has a maximum sentence of six months........so your dreams of prison are nothing more than meth-smoke and inaccurate reporting.....people don't serve sentences of 45 days in prisons.......his time will be spent in some municipal jail.....

this is an actual quote you inbred moron. "A former officer with the Houston Police Department, who was employed at the time of the Capitol insurrection but has since resigned, has been sentenced to 45 days in prison for their participation in that violence"
