You say there is no such thing, and the SCOTUS has consistently ruled that there is. Hmmm, I wonder which opinion will carry weight and which will be ignored?

Look, if you want to argue about Xmas decorations on a public lawn, that is one thing, but mandatory attendance to a christian assembly in a public school is unconstitutional.

As far as Xmas decorations on public property? I think it's nit picky. It hurts no one and in the spirit of the season that celebrates brotherhood and joy...no matter what the religious implications....is a good thing and should probably just be left alone. Of course, I am a Christian...so my opinion is admittedly biased.

But if this turns out to be mandatory attendance, as the e-mails will undoubtably prove or disprove, yes....it is a clear violation.

All we hear about is "why do they want to kill us".....when in reality, who gives a shot why.....asking why implies their is something we can do differently
that will cause them to stop.....that they want to kill us because of something we're doing that they can't stand so they have to kill us, man, women and child.

Tell you what...play a little role reversal. Pretend....if can....or dare to...that the situation between Islam and Christianity is completely reversed...Everything. Socioeconomically, geographically, politically....OK...got it in your head? What makes you think that extremism wouldn't take root in our religion? What makes you think that violence wouldn't follow?

Simple answers for simple people. In other words, you refuse to try walking a mile in another man's shoes.

If Christian extremism doesn't preach extremism, then how do you explain Christian based hate groups like Westboro or White Supremist Groups?

How do you know that if Christians were oppressed enough, that those groups wouldn't gain a strong enough foothold in our religion to make others paint us with a broad brush and say "Christians are terrorists"? Even though 90% of us aren't.

Look....I'm not sticking up for Islamic terrorism....I'm just trying to open eyes a little...that basically all people are the same. We are fortunate that we live in this country and have an education system that allows us to be literate and have secular knowledge. Over there...Most of the population are dirt poor, can't read and get their "religion" second hand from Imams....some of which have political and personal motivations to align themselves with the bad guys. The "little people" who end up strapping explosives to themselves are usually the illiterate and the hopeless who are promised paradise.

quite simply by rejecting their status as Christian groups.....if YOU want to treat them as Christian groups that's your problem.....I do what I want Islam to do with terrorists....reject them....

Who the hell is oppressing the Muslims ?....It ain't the Christians....it ain't Europe...it ain't the US.....
Do you need to be reminded that it was the Muslims that declared holy war on us.....what was going on before 9/11.....Saddam was killing his people and
paying fanatics to kill Westerners...and invading his neighbors....before that the Iranians were taking our diplomats hostages....we were not killing them anywhere
in the world....as a matter of fact we were helping them get the Russians out of Afghanistan....we were feeding the starving Somalians......they were hijacking
airplanes and passenger ships and throwing men in wheelchairs over the side for kicks....
We didn't make the Middle East what it is....they've been living in the 12 century for the last 800 years, its not our doing.....

white supremest groups are nothing more that prison gangs....hardly Christian fanatics...killing civilians all over the world.....
