More Guns Means We Are Safer, Right?

If I was awaken to a stranger in my house I totally would have been like "hey bro, can I get you anything? Need to know where anything is located?"

30,000+ gun deaths, year in and year out. Highest among western societies

Yet murder and crime are way down. But in leftist dumbfuck land, a gun ban would stop criminals in their tracks! :rofl2:

She will be sued for assault with a deadly weapon.
My guess is, she will probably lose her house.

You don't know much about the law. Assault with a deadly weapon is a criminal offense, not civil. He can probably sue her homeowner's insurance, but they will blame the consulting firm and probably win. Also, I'm pretty sure you can't sue someone and take their home in the judgement.

The consulting firm is at fault.

The idea that you can lose your home for defending yourself is absolutely ridiculous. Throw in the fact that it was a woman who was home alone. "Sorry ma'am, the law says if someone breaks into your house you have to let them do what they want otherwise you will lose your home..."

Shot and hit intruder no stray shotsl! Check good training

Shot intruder in her house while alarm going off. Check good training

Whats a girl to do interview the "intruder" offer coffee and cake before she shoots?

Maybe Zappocrite thinks she should have asked him if he was there to rape her

Admittedly she may have been a little quick with the trigger, but if the cops didn’t arrest her, then I am good

EPIC ZAPPOCRITE FAIL

I have a great idea

I am selling my house. Any lib want to come take pictures for me? I will leave the door unlocked and the alarm off <wink>

"The idea that you can lose your home for defending yourself is absolutely ridiculous." c #50
Indisputably.

Is it any more ridiculous than Drug War? Usurping the Creator endowed, Constitutionally enumerated, unalienable right of Liberty, because our law makers object to our First Amendment right to retain dominion over plants (cannabis), but are determined to preserve their own ability to have their 3 martini lunches?

I'm NOT disputing your c #50 assertion.

What a terrible tragedy it is that what is "absolutely ridiculous" (your words) isn't automatically also beyond the law.

Sadly, no.

Negligent assault with a deadly weapon.

They’ve been deceasing since the 90s and there’s no proof that it has ANYTHING to do with gun ownership. Yet, here we are with 30,000+ gun deaths every year. Year in. Year out.

Gun ownership has vastly increased. So do some simple math in the simple head of yours....less crime, more guns. What does that equal? :rofl2:

Yet, here we are with 30,000+ gun deaths every year. Year in. Year out.

I am betting the population has grown quite a bit from the 90's too. Let's try some more simple math for that simple mind. More people, More guns, less crime. What does that equal? :rofl2:
