More examples of Republican nannyism and interfearing w/ freedom...

your thread unequivocally indicates that your examples are ONLY of republicans....yet you have given numerous examples that include democrats as well....

you're a liar jarod, this is the second thread today

If you're so concerned with honesty, then why haven't you spent two hours whining to chapdog about his thread title/outright lie: Martha Coakley hits a reporter!!

Oh right, that one allowed you to get some cheap digs in at another liberal candidate!

It should be taught as a part of a religous studies class, not a science class.

Sure both sides are on the flag burning deal, but most are Republicans.

He said that there are those on both sides of the aisle that oppose it, so why are you trying to save your ass (again), by equating the opposition to the number involved.

I believe that you have the right to burn the flag; just like I have the right to turn a fire hose on you, to put it out.

BWA-HA-HA-HA-HAAAAA!

You really got this shrieking like a fat girl forced to run laps down to fine science!

Keep pounding these liberals with facts y'all. We are bound to see many brain explosions, hissy fits, melt downs and Howard Dean screams over the next 11 months leading up to the first Tuesday in November.

Actually most Americans are not on that bandwagon.

Its a constitutional right, does not matter wht the majority says.. The more liberal position allows more freedom.

Unless you want to argue that banning it gives the freedom to not have it happen, which is akin to many arguments Ive heard against gay marriage.

lies

do you even realize all 50 states a few years ago requested that congress approve a flag burning amendment to the us constitution....

are you now going to argue that that all 50 states are conservative...

i guess after being proven a liar yesterday, you're just now not going to stop

I word of advice, and I can ignore it if you insist on continueing, but calling things I say lies, when its just that you disagree deminishes creditability you may have.

If its a matter of fact and not interpertation, thats a lie.

If its a matter of opinion or interpertation... thats not a lie.

My above statement is not a lie, I never said that 0 liberals support such an amendment, all I said was that Republicans do and I asked what the more liberal position was!

You didn't understand what I was saying. Most Americans are against a ban on flag burning, including most republicans.

I understand, but the more liberal position is clearly to allow it, the more conservative position is to prohibit it.

The vast majority are for prohibiting it, (agreed) but it was a liberal v. conservative position between Dukakis and Bush Sr. and the more liberal position is to allow it.

you lied about obama's up bringing, thus you are liar

this thread is deceptive and every time you get called on the fact that your examples of republicans also include democrats, you throw out this mamby pamby...what is the more liberal view though.....

that is plain stupid and by now any rational person would realize their thread is a failure and move on
