Dishonored Mayor Bob Filner is about to begin his first week of behavior rehab because he "must become a better person".

As of the beginning of the weekend, the count stood at nine women who have publicly told credible but tawdry stories of Filnerian harassment — groping, disgustingly crude comments, the infamous Filner Headlock and other unwanted and inappropriate sexual advances.
