Shoving people off bikes! drawing weapons because your car got hit by a snowball! And yet people like USF still defend the actions of the police. In most states you are not required to pull over for any officer not displaying the badge of office or in a car that is not readily identifiable as a police car. As citizens we should demand our legislatures pass laws that state it is NEVER a crime to record the police so long as you are not impeding their investigation. Only criminals don't want their actions publicized.

This is truly pathetic. How the hell do those cops not get prosecuted. The one who shoved the cyclist committed assault and battery. The one who drew his gun due to a snowball put the public in danger... and committed assault.

The cop out of uniform in an unmarked car pulling his gun? WTF??? Then, when embarrassed they charge the motorcyclist with two felonies? Raid his home? Take his computer? all because he put a video on line of the traffic incident?

The cops need to go to jail for shit like that. The prosecutor needs to be disbarred for being such a dumbass.
