Kansas pastor calls on U.S. government to kill LGBT people:


The pastor of New Hope Baptist Church in Seneca, Kansas says President Barack Obama has gone too far in supporting same sex marriage and it’s time for the U.S. government to begin killing gay men and lesbians.

“Terrorists are dangerous, the economy is a real and present danger,” Pastor Curtis Knapp told his congregation on Sunday. “But there is simply nothing other than the holocaust of the unborn which imperils the safety of our country or places our people in jeopardy as does the leader of the Western world publicly raising his fist at the heavens and declaring that the bedrock institution of society, ordained of God and meant to be protected by the state, is little more than a convention of convenience with the children of Sodom to transform the meaning of something, which is precious to Jesus Christ, and a living picture of his love for the church into a legally protected justification for perversion and a vehicle of hatred aimed directly at that love.”

Knapp went on to read from Leviticus 20: “If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death.”


“They should be put to death,” Knapp declared. “‘Oh, so you’re saying we should go out and start killing them, no?’ — I’m saying the government should. They won’t, but they should.”

The Minister Louis Farrakhan isn’t one to avoid controversial language. In his Sunday address in San Diego, the Nation of Islam leader slammed Israel, lamented Mexico’s loss of land at the hands of American “trickery” and derided President Barack Obama for his endorsement of same-sex marriage.

Now you know why I don't read it...

As usual...more insults for the CinC, but not a word of condemnation for the Religious leader calling for the murder of his fellow human beings.

The CinC is not a religious leader and his use of drones to kill fellow human beings is his problem.....

If the religious nut starts acting on his insanity,ie. actually killing people for real, then I'll 'condemn' him....


I get in enough trouble condemning Muslims for calling for the death of American citizens.....I get called a racist and bigot for that....
 
Fascism has come to America. By every definition we are a fascist, rogue state. It took 30+ years but everything is in place and operating.
 
Sounds like he missed the capacity for redemption part... I would suggest he read the Corinthians specifically as it actually talks about homosexuals who were redeemed. It is unlikely that it happened just the millisecond before their death sentence was administered, it's hard to write letters to dead people.
 
Are you encouraging the 'pray away the gay' people? Why all this crazy discussion with religious zealots? They're zealots, no one expect to have rational conversation with them. The problem is that they are implementing their plan to put their insane 'beliefs' in everything from the school system up through the presidency. They intend to 'occupy' us and force us to adhere to their beliefs, or else. It isn't just LGBT folk, it's everyone who is different and who aren't in lock step with them. They are busily deconstructing our democracy.
 
I thought the government was already doing that when they released the AIDS virus into the gay & minority communities to destroy them. Just ask Farrakhan or any member of the Congressional Black Caucus and they will tell you its already going on.

Church cheers as 4-year-old sings ‘ain’t no homos gonna make it to heaven’

Video of a young boy at a church in Indiana being cheered as he sings about how “no homos are gonna make it to heaven” has gone viral.

“The Bible is right, somebody’s wrong,” the boy, who appears to be around 4-years-old, sings. “Romans 1 and 27, ain’t no homo gonna make it to heaven.”

Before the boy can finish the song, members of the congregation jump their feet, applauding and cheering wildly.


“That’s my boy!” one man can be heard shouting.

The church seen in the video is reportedly the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle in Greensburg, Indiana, according to both Free Thought Blogs and WRTV.

The church’s Facebook page has been inundated with comments since the video went viral on Wednesday.

“If the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle of Greensburg, IN thinks they are doing God’s work, they are sadly mistaken,” The New Civil Rights Movement’s David Badash wrote. “They are teaching hate to an entire new generation. This makes more more sad than angry. I fear for these children’s future.”

Calls to Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Pastor Jeff Sangl were not returned by the time of publication.

Will they? How about providing a link. I do know that there has been other abuses of the black community regarding the law, police and crack cocaine but to hear some talk having access to abortion and reproductive health services is a plan for genocide. There are plenty of insane beliefs, the trick is to be able to tell what's real and what isn't. I'm looking forward to your link.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure these are some of the people Palin speaks for...real throwbacks to the witch burners...check out my new thread for the link and some history of how they demonized a rational christian pastor. Disgusting people here...more of the dominionists who will do everything to make us a theocracy under their gawds law via the bible....as they read it.

Considering that Christians believe that nobody gets to paradise save through Christ one would need to be redeemed. However, this guy is solely preaching the death sentence rather than redemption.

Their goal, according to Christ and his apostles, should be to convert them, not kill them. Basically, I am pointing out to a Christian that he doesn't know his Bible well and should study a bit before he gets confused and starts killing kids for eating peperoni on their pizza.
 
redeemed, imo, is such a misnomer concerning the christian faith. the thief on the cross was saved because he believed, not because he sought redemption.

Luke 23:39-43
