It is a fact that it does, on a global scale. You know the adage, "think globally act locally." We are the vanguard state. I am for a the program to reduce methane emissions by processing cow shit and turning that into green energy. Shame on states that lack the willpower to do it. As usual, it's a good idea, we will do it first, show it works and in 30 years backward ass states will be doing the same and forgetting the opposed a great idea. You know, everything from heliocentrism, the Protestant reformation, the age of enlightenment, sliced bread, freeing slaves, free agency, wind turbines and recycling. You are against all of that, so take a single use grocery bag and barf in it, polluter!
