They dont want a voice they want a TAX CUT which is their only issue because they are a bankrupt party who cant do anything right.

Lets fucking do what WORKS instead fo doing what the Republican party wants to do, They are always wrong just look at the facts and their record.

that has nothing to do with not having a voice. if there is just one republican in all of congress, he or she better damn well make his or her voice known, that it what they are elected for. will they have the votes, no, but it is unamerican to deny them a voice....you know, represent us folks out there.
 
I would prefer it with more infrastucture spending and less tax cuts but hell Obama is trying to bring the republicans along ( its has been just a week hes been in office and he has to at least try to get them to care about their country) at the countrys expense.

He will stop this soon when it becomes completetly clear to the entire nation that republicans only like tax cuts and nothing else because they cant accept facts and only support FAILED ideas like tax cuts in the middle of two wars.


BTW do you realize we are still in two wars?

yes. and it doesn't matter why obama wants the tax cuts, he still wants them. in fact, his own party does not want them, but he argued for them. but i appreciate the honesty that you would prefer him to leave it out.

so bush's stimulus weren't all bad then?

UI benifits return 1.64 per buck
Food stamps return 1.73 per buck
General state aid return 1.36 per busk
Infrastructure spending return 1.59 per buck

Once again, you look at numbers and pretend you understand them.

Of course making the tax cuts permanent is not going to have much bang for the buck in the short term as you are not changing anything except future expectations.
