moo cluck moo

Oh lookie, Desh has a helper. How chivalrous since the little lady can't fight her own battles.

Thanks for conceding that $12/hr isn't a living wage. You idiots can't even define the terminology you use and you wonder why nobody takes you seriously.

Good thing you didn't answer Desh. This thread was about to explode all over your face like the money shot in a porno.

But-but-but, it's in the "contract".

The information has already been posted via the link Tek posted... but then, I guess I shouldn't expect liberals to actually read what has been posted on this thread.

Actually, the BLS stats are silent with respect to whether minimum wage earners are enrolled in college.

Which again mr semantics is why I changed it to college aged kids... yet you still go on about this because you cannot address anything else that was said.

So back on topic:

A BUSINESS IS PAYING MORE THAN MINIMUM WAGE AND LOOK -it gets more loyal employees and it doesn't go out of business!

Maybe if McD paid more, its employees would get people's orders correct.

And raising the minimum wage won't put businesses out of business.

So in other words, you are going to continue spouting this nonsense and ignoring all replies that show you why that won't work?

From the article....

"I linked to an a piece about Moo Cluck Moo, a burger-chicken-shake place that started just outside Detroit in April."

So he opens a burger joint outside of bankrupt Detroit, in the lily white suburbs where they will pay more money for a burger. Is this the example liberals give to increase the minimum wage, a one owner shop?

A business that has 12 employees, doesn't have tables or a drive-through, only attracts between 130 to 150 customers a day, that hasn't been around very long, and doesn't offer benefits.

BOY-HOWDY, get back to me in a year.

True but one can extrapolate data from the proportion of kids that are enrolled in college. It isn't that hard is it? Yes, it isn't 100% balls accurate but it would be a good approximation wouldn't it?

I pointed that out. I even linked to McDonalds benefits which arguably put ones compensation above $12/hour.

Liberals don't understand business or finance and therefore they don't understand that there is more to the cost of employing someone than just an hourly wage.

Isn't it heartwarming how Concerned libbies are for McDonald's workers? It is like they are admitting they can't do any better in an Obama economy
