The DA's across much of this country need to be replaced and America needs to contract with Haiti for lockup.
Haiti would enjoy the benefits of increased US trade relations and mom and daughter here might no longer feel the need to carry a 642 for protection.
 
I hope the owner gets a massive insurance settlement, closes the store, and moves out-of-state. That'd be fitting justice for this shit.

I knew a woman whose son worked at a 7-11 in a predominantly black part of town (Lancaster Road, Dallas). They told him not to resist and theft in the story. Every night guys would just walk out with beer. He quit after 3 weeks for fear of his own safety.
