Mitt did not pay any taxes for 10 years!

Romney wants to lower all tax brackets Desh... all of them... by the same 25%. Why do you distort what he wants to do Desh? Just more bullshit from the left?
Romney wants to protect the rich and move the burden to 'you people'...middle class?? We don't need no stinking middle class....

Yes and his father didn't have to deal with the 24/7 news cycle and the internet. Every single line item of his returns will then be nitpicked for bullshit talking points. The election should be about what the plans are of the candidates to right the economy. Instead, the left is desperate to avoid that discussion, hence their desperate need to nitpick Romney's tax returns.

As I stated long ago... the IRS should say 'we have reviewed his tax returns and have found that there is/is not anything wrong with them.'

That should be the end of it.

Calling on the IRS comment on the tax returns of a presidential candidate is really stupid. Really really stupid.

Romney should just release the returns. The idea that he should because people will look at them is just about as stupid as calling on the IRS to weigh in on the matter.

Hey, wait a minute. I say we take desh's idea and run with it. We throw out Mitt and Barack because they won't jump through the hoops......but that then leaves us with:

Gary Johnson - Libertarian
Jill Stein - Greeen

And maybe even These two:

Stewart Alexander - Socialist

And let's keep Jimmy McMillan in there too from The Rent Is Too #%€£ High party.

That streamlines things for us. Wonder who'd win? :)

Johnson, hands down.

Romney has released his 2010 taxes, and will be releasing his 2011 taxes once they are finalized. Why do you continue to lie about Romney not releasing his taxes?

I was going to ask how did people know he supposedly paid a lower percentage of taxes than working people if he didn't release them?

Actually, Romney wants to lower tax rates and get rid of tax deductions and do it in a manner that is revenue neutral. For all of that to happen, he will have to raise taxes on the lower and middle classes. That's the only way it can work. The net result is lower taxes for the higher incomes and higher taxes for lower income.

LMAO... thanks for proving my point, you want to be able to cherry pick his returns for line items that can create talking points for your beloved Master.

The public should care about whether he followed the tax code properly or not. Asking the IRS to confirm is not stupid, you are simply a partisan hack that wants to distract the public with bullshit rather than have them pay attention to the abysmal economic record of your beloved Saint Obama.

Which again is bullshit. He will not HAVE to raise taxes on the lower and middle classes. That is simply a leftwingnut talking point.

Since when do you get to decide what "the public" should care about?

He has two options with his tax rate cuts: (1) make them revenue neutral, which will require him to raise taxes on lower and middle incomes or (2) not make them revenue neutral and run ginormouser deficits. He has pledged to make them revenue neutral.

False... yet more bullshit from Dung...

3) Make them revenue neutral by eliminating tax deductions/loopholes for the wealthy.

Ginormous deficits are what Obama is doing to us... not Romney.

There aren't enough tax deductions/loopholes for the wealthy to cover the loss of revenue from the rate cuts, because Romney has said that he is not touching deductions that promote saving and investment.

So, again, the options are higher taxes for lower and middle incomes or bigger deficits.
