If that's the case, just pass the Bill and make everybody happy. (Unless Turtle Face is a lying sack of shit and secretly wants the Mueller Investigation to fail?)

Since when can you simply pass a bill to usurp the Executive Branch's constitutional authority? Don't be silly.

Um, no, I take it up with the constitution. Can you show the class the constitutional provision for legislating away the authority of the president? No, you can't. But thanks for admitting you don't have a clue. ;)

You know, you probably don't believe this, I mean, I probably wouldn't believe it myself, but ... I support Constitutional Scholars that I meet on the Internet, like yourself, that know more about Senate Rules then the Rubes that are actually Senators. It's astonishing why you even waste your valuable and precious time here, ... when you could be ADVISING THE GOVERNMENT.

LOL, can't tell if you're joking or not. It's really not that difficult, as much as pseudo-intellectuals from both sides of the aisle like to pretend that the constitution is written in some cryptic language that only they can interpret and understand, it's simply not true. The founding fathers were brilliant in that they wrote the Constitution so the average Joe could understand it with ease. Just read it, you'll see, there is absolutely no provision by which, the plenary Authority granted to the executive branch by the Constitution, can be legislated away. Just read it Jack.
