Minnesota Fraud

The Presidential Records Act allows the president to decide what records to return and what records to keep at the end of his presidency. And the National Archives and Records Administration can’t do anything about it. I know because I’m the lawyer who lost the “Clinton sock drawer” case. Set legal presence. Trump had every legal right to keep the records that he had. The court system has already ruled on Presidents ability to keep records that the National Archivist wants.
Citation? Did you just make that up?

That’s not my understanding of the sock drawer case.

You do realize that of the almost 90 people indicted for fraud in Minnesota so far over 90% have been Somalis and Minnesota is only 2% Somali. That alone destroys your moron broadcaster's main point. And what kind of child care center has a misspelled sign and parents don't point it out when they drop off kids? Also what kind of day care center has no windows and no playground? Also 2 pm to 8 pm is weird hours. Shirley went to multiple other daycares and the few that did answer the door were not interested in enrolling a new student. At least one place had two daycares listed in the same space. And the broadcaster in your video made a big deal about Shirley's age but failed to mention the older businessman that has been investigating the fraud and had multiple businesses that were at least on the face of it committing fraud and he had the exact amounts of money they had collected. In one daycare there were no foot prints in the snow in front of the facility. You would think parents can kids dropping off kids would have left shoe prints.
:palm: Idiot, what's the census for Minneapolis Somalis? 80 people (if that) don't represent all. And PLEASE source your first sentence, because your boy Shirley is a documented right grifter. And your opinions, suppositions and conjectures are not logical, fact based conclusions.

Fastlane has officially set a new delusional BS record!:rolleyes:

This is too funny not to share. The Somalian "day care" that was mysteriously “broken into” and lost all their “records" ? The door was kicked in from the inside. So the thieves broke outFB_IMG_1767393613076.jpg...not in😄😄😄😄😅😅😅😆😆😆

One? Ok. Taking and retaining classified documents. Storing classified documents in an unsecured location. Failure to return classified documents when demanded. Sharing classified information with Australian business men.

Oops you asked for one!
The only one that has done that was BIDEN, except BIDEN shared such documents with agents from China

Wanna try again?

Which in no way resembles what Donald did.
Trump has broken no law. He is authorized to retain such documents.

DEMOCRATS broke the law.

DEMOCRATS illegally obtained a search warrant.
DEMOCRATS illegally retained documents they were NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAVE, and they were available to Chinese agents.
DEMOCRATS illegally sold restricted nuclear materials to Russia!

Which in no way resembles what Donald did.

Won an election and denied your party power?

You're big mad over that.

Of course Joe Biden as a Senator stole top secret documents and shared them with Communist China. But you have no objection to that...

Standard Disclaimer: I dare you to scream "PWOOV IT!"

He is clearly uninformed on the law. It does not allow a President to take and keep top secret paperwork.
You work online so we know you can navigate the web. You work on a political debate site, right? Yet, you're so fucking stupid you don't know how to do a very simple and quick google search to discover what has somehow escaped you until now.

Wow Damo, raise your standard when you're hiring, I wouldn't hire this moron to do my laundry. Did she send you phony pictures along with promises of working 'extra hours' or what? It surely wasn't her brains.

Boy, you don't know the law or American history worth AF.
