PMP, if you want to look at this problem, do so considering the big picture. As I've been saying, though ya'll haven't been listening, is that those who have an increase in wages as a result of this law - ~15M workers - will have increased spending power. And due to the increased need of lower income groups, this will go into the economy. So, simply put, increased demand leads to increased supply, which leads to increased employment.
