In Florida, armed trespassing is a felony. Regular trespass is a misdemeanor.

If you are accused of possessing any tools of this nature with the intent to use it to break and enter or if you possess it and know that someone else has the intent to use it in such a manner, you could face this Class A Misdemeanor charge and up to 1 year in prison and $6250 in fines.

Yes, cause they have been sanctioned to protect and preserve the public peace from common criminals by both the rule of law and due process of law. Something Ya'llQaeda seems to hold in contempt. They rather resort to YeeHawd.

So far the only thing separating Ya'allQaeda from Al Qaeda is they have not actually committed violence. That just makes them common criminals instead of domestic terrorist.

Saturday night, a group of armed militants broke into and occupied a federal building near Burns, Oregon, declaring their intent to break free of the “tyranny” of the U.S. government and encouraging likeminded folks from around the country to “bring your arms” and join the movement.

The occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, which was closed for the weekend but serves as the remote headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Land Management, followed a protest that included roughly 300 marchers, according to The Oregonian. The protestors took issue with the prosecution of two local ranchers, Dwight Hammond Jr. and his son Steven, who are due to report to jail Monday for igniting fires that spread to government lands (the two reportedly set the fires in the early aughts to cover up illegal deer-poaching on government property).

In a video posted to Facebook, the militants’ apparent de facto leader Ammon Bundy—the son of “prominent local rancher” Cliven Bundy (who’s tussled with the government before)—explains that both the protest and the hostile takeover were designed to intimidate the federal government into releasing the Hammonds and giving up rights to the Malheur land so that it might be a “base place for patriots all over the country to come and be housed and live here.”

“We’re planning on staying here for several years,” Bundy added. “We’re going to be bringing these lands up, getting the ranchers back to ranching, the miners back to mining, the loggers back to logging, under the protection of the people and not be afraid of the tyranny that’s upon them…We’re doing this for the people, so they can have their land and resources back where they belong…We have a place for you now. “

Bundy concluded his impromptu speech by encouraging fellow would-be separatists to come to Malheur with firearms in tow: “We need you to bring your arms.” It was a sentiment echoed by another local man in the same video, who compared the government to “high-school bullies” who had to be put in their place. “The country has beat us and oppressed us and took everything from us,” he said. “They won’t stop till you tell them no.” Others still told local reporters that they’d “kill and be killed” for the cause.

Harney County Sheriff David M. Ward said authorities from several law enforcement organizations were monitoring the ongoing incident.

“These men came to Harney County claiming to be part of militia groups supporting local ranchers,” Ward said in a statement Sunday. “When in reality these men had alternative motives, to attempt to overthrow the county and federal government in hopes to spark a movement across the United States.”
