Mike Meyers on the Supreme Court?

I don't care about her sexuality, but she damn well better be a coffee drinker. Otherwise, we know she is a lunatic!

That's like saying one's a lunatic if they don't do crack. There is nothing positive about coffee. The only good thing about coffee is people stop saying "don't talk to me I haven't had my coffee yet".

It's rather pathetic that the leftist pundits are all anticipating conservative reaction to her supposed gender bias. Setting it up so they can scream "homophobe!" no matter what reasons are brought forth for opposing her appointment. Just like playing the race card no matter why one dislikes Obama sitting behind the desk of the Oval Office.

The fact is, for all her academic credentials, she has no experience in the appellate court arena. This is not a good thing.

My main concern: will she actually READ the Constitution before handing down decisions telling us what it says?

"...Not a good thing that she has no experience in the appellate arena."

You must have blown an artery when Rehnquist was appointed to the court, and again when he became Chief Justice. Thirty-three years as a Supreme with no previous judicial experience.

Oh for Jesus H Christ sakes! We are just having a little fun. I thought the Mike Meyers parallel was hysterical!

We have you in all your Buddhistness and Desh, a slam looking for a Republican to happen, with your shorts in a twist over a j-o-k-e.

Believe it or not, Fox News was reporting on it early this morning claiming both Libs and Conservs will not be happy. She has no judicial experience. You gotta wonder what goes on in the mind of Obama.

So no judicial experience? Does that, in your mind mean that she would not be a good Supreme Court Justice? Did you not like William Rehnquist, because he was NEVER a judge. Neither was Brandeis, Powell or Black. The CATO institute, which is not liberal says she "absolutely has the credentials and intellectual chops to be a Supreme Court justice." HERE Third article down.

Is that one of the qualifications listed in the Constitution?

Of course it must be, since SM is all about only giving gov't the powers specifically outlined in the US Constitution.

Well....ok, so he is mostly about only giving gov't the powers specifically outlined in the US Constitution.

Umm......ok, so he sometimes is about only giving gov't the powers specifically outlined in the US Constitution.
