What does that mean? Trump went to court for racist policies in renting. But that was long ago. Leftys paid no attention to a reality show host. While he was doing that, we were fine with him.

Case dismissed. Going to court doesn't mean anything, getting sued doesn't mean anything. Having the case dismissed as allegations means everything.

Using a case that has been dismissed to prove evidence of guilt is absolutely bat shit crazy
