How does that work? I've never known. I thought Reagan fixed it. Since him, doesn't congress approve the expenses of the FLOTUS? Isn't it the same with the Secret Service? A certain amount of our tax dollars is allocated for both isn't it? I'd hate to think that in a country like the USA the expenses allocated to the FLOTUS was nothing more than a blank check.
