What the asshole doesn't realize is that above a CERTAIN level of income and home affordability any one who can afford a manse or the history or cachet of the neighborhood is welcome. The elite of the elite has to do with brain power, MERIT and no one has given a shit about skin color or country of origin in these kinds of neighborhoods in at least 3 or 4 decades. That's a 'middle class' thing.
