Micheal Cohen's offices raided by cops

So that raises the question. Why didn't Mueller conduct the raid? What stopped him? Seems to me that Rosenstein's mandate is WIDE open. There have been zero restraints on Mueller so far. So why did he stop now?

I suspect that this is a feint on the part of Mueller leading up to the IG report. I also suspect that Mueller is starting to feel the heat from the criticism that he is on a fishing expedition and absent a few bogus charges (yes I know you will blow them up) he has nothing.

In fact, there is no underlying crime he is investigating. Collusion is not a crime, even if Trump did collude with Russia there is no crime.

1) Are you now claiming that this vast leftwing conspiracy includes the Trump Appointed District Attorney for the Southern District of New York?
2) Collusion can be a crime, depending on how its done and what you are colluding about.
3) I dont care if they find collusion or not, It needed to be investigated.
4) If they find crimes, regardless of if Collusion was found or not, I think they should be prosecuted.
5) I am not pre-judging if they found crimes or not because I have not seen the report or evidence yet. ( I see that you decided there were no crimes months ago)
6) I am glad Manafort is finally being held accountable for his crimes and that the Russian crew who tried to fuck with our elections are under indictment.

I know you still live in this world of Little Indian/Big Indian where who appoints you gives you cover. I am saying that politics in our country is an incestuous cess pool of cronyism. I really don't trust any of them R or D.

I am also saying that to date not one shred of any collusion has been produced by anyone. Don't you think that is odd that after over a year nothing has been found? No proof? We have Senators claiming there is no proof. There have been ZERO leaks of any evidence and you are a fool of you believe that if there was some sort of evidence that it wouldn't have been leaked by now.

You have to admit, they are good at coming up with excuses ...

I guess these Fox tards are going to get a refresher course on attorney client privilege, privilege logs and crim pro.

Peons.

1) I dont think that those you appoint necessarily support you, but I find it funny when you liked them enough to appoint them, but the second they do something you dont like you assume they are part of a vast conspiracy against you.
2) The Conspiracy you and the president claim is against him grows every day to be so incredibly complex it bogles the mind how it works. It stretches the bounds of creditability more and more every day.
3) There are plenty of investigations that go on longer than this without leaks of what they found, that return with something big.
4) I respect the small amount of leaks from the Mueller campaign.
5) There may be no collusion, and if thats the case... Good. I am still glad they investigated and found that out for sure.

[h=1]Preet Bharara to Trump: 'Long live the crime-fraud exception'[/h]http://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...-to-trump-long-live-the-crime-fraud-exception

Former U.S. attorney Preet Bharara responded to President Trump after he tweeted that the attorney-client privilege is "dead."

"Long live the crime-fraud exception," Bharara — whom President Trump fired last year after he refused to resign from his post — tweeted Tuesday.

The crime-fraud exception means that a client's communications with an attorney isn't privileged if it "involves communications in furtherance of a contemplated or ongoing crime or fraud," according to the American Bar Association.

Trump tweeted earlier Tuesday morning that “attorney–client privilege is dead” after it was reported Monday that the FBI raided the office and hotel room of Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

Trump claims the Attorney Client privilege is dead...

Who here is simplistic to agree?

Steve Marmel:

Can you imagine what it must take to get a search warrant on an attorney? Now imagine that attorney represents a president. Now imagine how clear the crime must seem and how obvious it is that the target of that warrant would do something illegal to cover it up. Now imagine a career judge having to make that decision knowing if he or she is wrong, he or she is doomed politically forever. And yet, that warrant is still signed. That's how obvious and bad this is. Trump can rant but today happened for a reason.

That does not fit their narrative.

Mueller is following the money.
He knows what must be done to bring down this disgraceful, shameful, fake presidency.
Mueller is putting all his ducks in a row before he pulls the trigger.
He is a wise and clever republican.

What is fake about this presidency?

Did Donald not win the electoral vote?

Mueller could be doing this and then drop the liberal cry bomb that there is nothing on Trump, but hey, I tried.

It’s more than just mueller now investigating Trump now.... it’s the Manhattan US Attorney’s office....

Are they corrupt deep state now also?

Mueller, corrupt.
Rosensteim, corrupt.
US Attorneys office, corrupt.
FISA judge, corrupt.

Or

Trump is a criminal!

You're going to be very embarrassed and disappointed when this is a big NOTHING BURGER aren't you JarredHead? :rofl2:

Wow! ILA is really losing it. I bet he also swallowed the stories about President Obama murdering Justice Scalia and Michelle Obama being a man. Some people are so delusional, it's fucking scary.

maintaining fixed false beliefs even when confronted with facts, usually as a result of mental illness:
He was so delusional and paranoid that he thought everybody was conspiring against him.

Important points the ReTrumplicans keep trying to ignore.

1) The raid on Cohen's office was not conducted by Mueller but by a Rump appointee at the United States Attorney's office for the district of Manhattan.
2) The US Attorney's office's protocol was followed, which requires a heightened standard for searching an attorney's office.
3) The search was only conducted after an INDEPENDENT Judge issued a warrant.

When you got nothing, you reach for absurdity.
