Notice how carefully worded this affidavit is. She doesn’t accuse Kavanaugh of anything. She doesn’t say Kavanaugh raped her

Yet she doesn’t name ANY other boys there. Again vague reference to the date. Doesn’t say which house. Don’t you think she would name her rapist? Because she is not accusing Kavanaugh of raping her. She just says he was around.

She said that in 1982, she was drugged and raped by a group of boys and that Judge Kavanaugh and Mr. Judge were present. Ms. Swetnick doesn’t allege that Judge Kavanaugh and Mr. Judge engaged in the rape but said they were “present” when she was victimized.

All this stuff going on during high school years and not ONE mother, father, aunt, uncle, grand-parent, cop, teacher, principal, friend in this close knit community knew and/or reported any of this?
So far she's only said that she saw Kav at parties but has no allegation against him personally.

What is sad is that I suspect that she really was raped and is now using it as a political weapon

But unless she accuses Kavanaugh of raping her I don’t see any reason to hold this up

She needs to be encouraged to press charges against those who raped her

A third woman has come forward to accuse Donald Trump’s supreme court pick, Brett Kavanaugh, of sexual misconduct, according to a statement published on Wednesday by her lawyer Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti tweeted a declaration made in the name of Julie Swetnick, a resident of Washington DC, which said she had met Kavanaugh and his school friend Mark Judge in the early 1980s and attended the same parties.

The declaration said she had “observed Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively at these parties and engage in abusive and physically aggressive behaviour towards girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, ‘grinding’ against girls and attempting to remove or shift girls’ clothing to expose private body parts”.

Swetnick said she was at parties where Kavanaugh and his friend Judge were involved in situations that resulted in women being gang-raped.

She wrote: “I witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang-raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys…”
