No, it does not.https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-62998508 Trump is using donations to pay his legal fees. Most of those donating to his campaign, think that is what it goes to.
That is legal so what's the problem?

Saturday meeting of Michigan's GOP state committee reportedly resulted in one person being sent to the emergency room after a brawl broke out at the host hotel.
As reported by The Detroit News, Wayne County Republican James Chapman was trying to get into the state party's meeting room at the Doherty Hotel by jiggling the door handle when Clare County Republican Party Chair Mark DeYoung opened the door from inside.
"He kicked me in my balls as soon as I opened the door," DeYoung told the outlet while being interviewed in the ER, adding that he had suffered a broken rib and intended to press charges against Chapman.
The only thing here you say that is correct is the “I don’t think “ part

Can you follow the subject? Trump is keeping all the enormous donations he is getting for himself. He is paying lawyers with it. He has not shared it with the Repub party politicians. After some screaming, he dropped a few bucks to the reds. They cannot understand Trump does not care about the Repub Party. He is using them.
Campaign funds are able to be spent on legal fees per the law.
Candidates also do not turn over campaign funds to their party until after their election is over.
Not a lawyer, but I'm not seeing where they can use campaign funds for personal lawsuits and defense lawyers for crimes committed.

That's up to the lawyers to figure out. My understanding is that the funds can only be used where it says they can be used.Does it say it can't be used for that?
Nope
The FEC would have to make a decision on that but as of right now it's not illegal according to the law.
That's up to the lawyers to figure out. My understanding is that the funds can only be used where it says they can be used.
As there is nothing clearly stated the FEC rules on a case by case basis.
Either way there would be no criminal charges as it's not against the law, Trump would just be prevented from doing it further.
I'm not a lawyer, so I'll defer to your legal assessment until it's settled in court, Tink.
I did, but it was a long time ago.Hell, you probably didn't even graduate High School.
