Billions of dollars worth of aid to countries to our south, with the idea that it would stop illegal migration to our borders, which it didn't,
so what did we do, we stepped up the aid, billions more,
results being more migration, more guilt that liberals think we should let them into our country, their plight somehow our responsibility,
all the while sending billions more trying to make their countries a better place, failing, resulting in more illegal migration..
