Mexico anger high as US Border Patrol kills teen

viva killing teenagers throwing pepples at you!!!
I don't know if you have seen the video of the incident but I have. I have probably seen it more times than any of you because my local news comes from El Paso. First they were not pebbles, they were rocks, rocks can kill, ask people in the West Bank. Second, it appears that a group of men were throwing rocks at the BP agent on the US side of the border and retreated only after he shot at them. It is hard to tell, from the video which side of the border the kid was on. The BP agent was alone, on a bike, while the rest of his fellow agents were behind a fence on the levy. And before anyone accuse me of willy nilly taking the side of the BP I was one of the first to support the prosecution of the the BP agents that shot a mexican national IN THE BACK on the mexican side of the border.

Using firearms to respond to an attack with rocks is a disproportionate use of force, particularly coming from officials that are specially trained.

Independently of whether there was an attack or not by these kids, bullets against rocks isn’t the right response.

The growing frequency of this type of incident reflects a worrying increase in excessive use of force on the part of some authorities in the border area.

I have a suggestion for everyone. Next time you are confronted by your local police for a traffic stop, get out and pick up a big ass stone and throw it at him and see what happens.

The issue is not just a murder, which is very serious. The question is whether Mexico will allow Border Patrol to turn the border into a graveyard.

There are specific protocols regarding violence on the border. We are asking for a review of these protocols that allow us to have a clear set of guidelines.

throwing rocks constitutes the use of deadly force? great. I get to shoot the next kid that throws rocks at me and my window.
When has that ever happened to you? I've never had anybody huck a rock at me or my window.

Isn't there something called "stoning to death" somewhere in some religious documents? I think it is possible to kill somebody with rocks.

We'll just use the same ones you use on your Southern border, the death toll will be amazingly large. Thanks for your help in that.

Another Mexican migrant, Anastasio Hernandez, 32, died after a U.S. border official shocked him with a stun gun at the San Ysidro border crossing that separates San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico. The San Diego medical examiner's office ruled that death a homicide.

Aaahhhh.....go on...you're just trying to cheer me up....:good4u:

Drug gangs seek out guns in the United States because the gun-control laws are far tougher in Mexico. Mexican civilians must get approval from the military to buy guns and they cannot own large-caliber rifles or high-powered pistols, which are considered military weapons. The gun laws in the United States allow the sale of multiple military-style rifles without reporting the sales to the government.

Mexicans look across the river and see a never-ending American demand for illegal drugs and a willingness to spend tens of millions of dollars on the cartels that supply them.

And still more of them see a place where they have natural rights and won't be shot by the government after the official government employees are paid off. The only reason they find this so "shocking" is because it happens so rarely, especially compared with the amount of slaughter officially condoned and promoted by your government at your own southern border.

(Why did I feed this troll?)

An American woman named Bobbie McDowe witnessed the shooting while walking across the Paso del Norte Bridge.

She said she had stopped to look down and saw a group of young men trying to cross the border.

Border Patrol agents arrived and detained two men, but the others scampered back into Mexico, she said.

McDow, a U.S. citizen, said she saw one young man make a throwing motion before the agent opened fire.

"At first, I didn't think anyone was hit. I thought he had missed," she said.

"As I was looking down there, I saw something lying by the Black Bridge, then I realized the body was not moving and I got very upset."

McDow said she called 911 in El Paso and has since spoken with the FBI.

She said the man who made the throwing motion was not the one who was shot.

She said the man who was shot was on the Mexican side of the border.

"Where he was clearly on the Mexican side when he got shot," she said.

And the hair splitter once again steps up to state the obvious...yeah, hair splitter, like I said "the article said". aye-carumba~~~

And then proceeded to make statements as if you knew all the facts. You don't even know if the video exists, from that story.

So you are now admitting that they were attacking our Border Patrol agents, by throwing rocks at them.
