And if you did not have your head so far up trumps ass you would also know that it was he that created the problem in large part by his ending foreign aid to Central America, and with his illegal "Stay in Mexico" program. The Biden administration on Monday renewed a public health order that allows U.S. border agents to quickly expel migrants arriving at the border as the ACLU is resuming a legal challenge against its continued use.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued an updated order that maintains there is a public health justification, given the ongoing pandemic, for the Biden administration to continue kicking out migrants without allowing them to seek asylum. The order can remain in effect indefinitely.
Former President Donald Trump first made use of Title 42 at the start of the pandemic to expel migrants without allowing them to seek asylum.

There's solid, overwhelming evidence that:
1. CBP doesn't have the means, time, or capacity to test every illegal they arrest for Chinese Disease. There are simply too many to deal with.
2. CBP is housing and transporting illegals they arrest in such a manner that transmission of Chinese Disease is a certainty to those not already infected. It only takes a few to infect hundreds.
3. CBP is releasing illegals from custody without knowing their status with regards to Chinese Disease.
If you go through the hundreds of articles on this, you get numbers anywhere from 6 to 30% of illegals being actively infected. Some hyperbolically claim 50% or more but those numbers are almost certainly high and wrong.
Even at 6% illegal immigration is currently the leading cause of new cases in the US. Again, depending on where you want to place the numbers of illegals released into the US there are somewhere between about 20,000 to 150,000 Chinese Disease cases among them. CBP doesn't know how many, and I doubt anyone else does.
For every one of those cases it would only take them giving it to one or two people to turn this into a national disaster.
The current surge in cases started after Biden took office and after the Southern border became an open door to illegal immigration. As the numbers arrested skyrocket, so does the number of cases of Chinese Disease in the US.
Another super spreader among illegal immigrants is tuberculosis.

Since CBP only catches a fraction of those entering, many move into the US without even a cursory health check. Right now, the unprecedented, record breaking, number of illegals entering has created a situation where CBP can't even begin to make proper health and safety checks on those they catch.

One-third of all US COVID-19 cases reported in the past week were in just two states -- Florida and Texas -- according to White House COVID-19 response coordinator Jeff Zients.
The cases are mainly in areas where vaccination rates remain low, Zients said at a briefing Monday.
"In fact, seven states with the lowest vaccination rates represent just about 8- 1/2% of the US population, but account for more than 17% of cases, and one in three cases nationwide occurred in Florida and Texas, this past week," Zients said.
In the past two weeks, daily case rates have gone up fourfold, according to Dr. Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health.
The increase comes as the delta variant spreads and the percentage of fully vaccinated Americans hovers around 49.7%, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Hospitals are once again filling up with patients as the virus tears through the unvaccinated population.
"There are still about 90 million eligible Americans who are unvaccinated," Zients said. "And we need them to do their part, roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated. Each and every shot matters."

Some flights scheduled to deport migrants had more than 25 percent of passengers test positive before departure, leading Immigration and Customs Enforcement to remove those migrants from the flights for quarantine in the U.S., according to the document.
The Department of Homeland Security document does not give precise dates or say how many migrants were tested.
Migrants are not tested for Covid in Border Patrol custody unless they show symptoms, but all are tested when they leave Border Patrol custody, according to DHS officials. Immigrants who are allowed to stay in the U.S. to claim asylum are given tests when they are transferred to ICE, Health and Human Services or non-governmental organizations. Deportees who are scheduled to be put on planes out of the U.S. are tested for Covid and other infectious diseases by ICE.
If a migrant who is about to be deported by ICE tests positive for Covid, the migrant is quarantined and deportation is delayed, according to DHS. The document refers specifically to those migrants chosen for "expedited removal," meaning they were deported soon after they crossed or attempted to cross the U.S. border.

First, it’s not true that Biden is allowing more COVID-19-carrying migrants into the country. In fact, more migrants have been expelled back to Mexico under COVID-19 prevention laws so far this year than during the entire final year of the Trump administration.
More than 500,000 migrants were expelled from February to June under Title 42, a public-health law the Trump administration began using in March 2020 to eject people at the border in the name of preventing COVID-19 infection, according to Factcheck.org. Second, it’s not true that undocumented migrants who cross the border are the spreading the virus in the United States.

For example, the quote you take from the Herald piece linked to MediaMatters that says, “Fox News alone was responsible for pushing 325 segments that actively undermined coronavirus science.” Read the MediaMatters article. Most of what they claim is active undermining, is no such thing when reasonably read.

A broader view would be that masks, lockdowns, and social distancing might have helped, or these techniques were largely worthless. It depends on who you want to pick for your 'expert' advice.
MediaMatters used no particular standard for judging the facts, information, or validity of the claims they slam other than their own biased (and definitely biased against Fox) opinion. The asylum seekers, who were previously waiting in Mexico under the Trump administration’s “remain in Mexico” policy, cannot enter the United States without a negative coronavirus test.
But, 108 migrants released in the past month in Brownsville tested positive for COVID-19, according to Rep. Henry Cuellar. Those are families traveling with young children who were detained by Border Patrol but released into Texas because Mexico won’t take them back.
Border Patrol doesn’t have the resources to test those families, so the City of Brownsville uses state-provided rapid tests.
While non-profit organizations offer hotel rooms to those who test positive for coronavirus to quarantine, the City of Brownsville can’t stop those families from traveling elsewhere.
“They are issued papers by (the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security) that allows them to travel north of the checkpoint,” said Sandra Sanchez, a journalist with Border Report. “It’s unclear how many people have actually gotten onto public transportation.”
CNN reported on Thursday that the Dept. of Homeland Security planned to use emergency funds to support efforts to test migrants in Border Patrol custody but, according to the network’s sources, Texas had not approved the grant.
Abbott responded in a statement shortly after the report, saying it’s the federal government’s responsibility to test and quarantine migrants.
