That's not entirely true. The "Euphoric Rush" you get from crack only lasts a few minutes. The speed buzz you get from it lasts for hours. The problem with crack is when you come down from the rush you crave it again badly.

I just can't see it being worth it.
My point is that not all rural schools suck. The high school I attended in Iowa was ranked in the top tier nationally. Iowa farmers place a huge emphasis on education.

Well it most certainly isn't. The thing that's scary about freebase/crack is that one hit. Just one good hit and the euphoric rush is so intense that you can literally become addicted in that one hit. I have seen it happen. I lost a lot of friends to that shit back in the late 80's and early 90's. Don't even be tempted to try it. The warning that you can become addicted in one hit is not hyperbole.
He is and he isn't. I wouldn't live in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas or South Carolina if my kids had to go to public school there. I'd have to dig up the cash to send them to a private school to get a descent education. It's a non-issue here in Ohio. In a lot of cases the public schools here are better than the private schools. Particularly protestant perochial schools.

Ouch! Can't says I blame you though. I've seen the Louisianna public schools. I'd either send my kids to private school or move.
