All I have heard from the right so far, is how they have nothing but social plans instead of the fine capital plans they should have, and are "proud" of being nationalist.

Some on the left hope to convince the fantastical right wing, that we don't need to "over-ripen" an already mature industry. It could be viewed as merely sinking costs, for political favors, not rational choice theory under Any form of Capitalism.

Fusion (an energy with a future) is where it is at. Not the fossil fuel sector.

the plan is to just allow everything so you get many different jobs available.
