Number one: I have the constitutional ability to bring a lawsuit to protect constitutional rights of people of Michigan. So I brought a lawsuit on behalf of all the menstruating people in Michigan — 2.2 million. And another tool I have is to go straight to our state Supreme Court," she added.

Has the left gone insane? I mean really. Menstruating people? Drag queens in every school? This is not normal behavior. Someone needs to check the Democratic Party. It's starting to seem like COVID was more like mad cow disease," businesswoman Tudor Dixon told Fox News Digital, including reference to Democratic Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel saying at a recent event that there should be "a drag queen for every school."

Are you arguing that women aren't people? That is the only way you could make this silly argument.

It would be like arguing that you can't call an oak a tree. Most constitutions protect the rights of persons, not of men or women making persons or people the legal term.

Not sure how much SexEd is taught in Russia, comrade Dookie, but most adult Americans understand that the only people who can become pregnant and, therefor most affected by the stripping of abortion rights, are "menstruating people" meaning women who can become pregnant.

i have no idea WTF he arguing about. if you want to speak of a woman's age group it's "child bearing years"-whether they have kids or not. The language is being gored by PC crappola

AOC was being interviewed and she spoke of menstruating people but she slipped up and called them menstruating females.

It caused a big laugh on the FOX show “Outnumbered.”

Some people menstruate. Some don't. "Menstruating" people restricts the category to just those that do menstruate. Anyone that isn't a complete idiot would know that.
