No way, this shooting was clearly murder. Probably not first, but some kind of murder. The guy was not an imminent threat. The cop is just a pussy.
 
Cop was wrong. He should have been looking at the punk's hands and feet. The eyes can't hurt you. He also let the guy stand too close, it screws up your situational awareness.

Yep, here in dumbfuck land, getting into the faces of cops trying to protect citizens from losers and dumbfuckery, it makes perfect sense to attempt to provoke cops and make them hate their jobs more.

At some point, cops should just fully retreat to the donut shops of AmeriKa and let these morons kill each other, loot and burn businesses and destroy property until they have turned their cities into little Detroits. Then just maybe, dumbfucks in dumbfuck land will remember why we have police.

But alas, in liberal dumbfuck land blacks are ignorant little out of control monkeys; dey caint hep it.

If you are black and carry a gun or knife, it appears many believe thats justification for a cop to shoot you.

If you are white and carry a gun or a knife, it appears they argue that is your right.
 
What of intentional intimidation and personal space laws? It's obvious this cop could have arrested this asshole for his intentional harassment and invasion of personal space. The facial expressions used by the asshole show his intentions.

The cop restrained himself when he could have arrested the asshole- that's the point Kelly was making.

Maybe so but he was definitely out of line and should pay the penalty for it.

But an individual loaded with PCP and wielding a knife isn't an imminent threat? Black, white or purple, if I see a drugged out individual, armed with a knife, approaching me on the side walk I'm crossing over to the other side.
