The truth is that the average African - American IQ is listed as 85 points in most of the reputable published scientific literature. In addition professional organisations like the American Psychological Association have stated that after the age of 18 IQ is 80% genetically-determined. Other published meta-analyses have put the figure at 85% genetically-determined.



What this means is the majority of Africa-American adults have a relatively low IQ, and their LOW IQ is not a result of any ENVIRONMENTAL (EXTERNAL) FACTORS like so-called "systemic racism" (which is simply a bull-shit racist slur used by resentful Blacks to insult their White-American betters) or so-called trans-generational trauma that was originally triggered by the fact they had a distant relative in 18th- century America who was an African slave ( this notion is another bogus, crock-of-shit,; I mean, how can the fact that you are an American Black living in 2023, who has a low IQ be blamed on the fact that you had a distant relative who was a Black slave in the later decades of the 18th-century? The entire claim is 100% - pure, ridiculous, bullshit. But individuals like BIDENPRESIDENT and GUNO, swallow this kind of crap (that's simply utter nonsense that was originally pulled out of some Black American Leftist's ASS-HOLE/S - "hook, line and sinker", every single time. If you allow a system of medical education to accept students who have not objectively demonstrated they have a sufficiently high IQ to study medicine, and then dumb down the curriculum and examinations so that, for instance - African Americans with relatively low IQs like 80 points or 85 points are able to slip through the system and qualify as Doctors, the consequences will be disastrous. Doctors CANNOT BE DIMWITS. If they are ALLOWED TO BE many members of the public will be injured, maimed or or killed through incompetence.




If a Black African -American applies to study medicine at any college or university in America, the policy must be that this person sits a professionally-supervised, high-quality, standardized IQ test. This is precisely because the AVERAGEBlack IQ in America has already been scientifically confirmed as 85 points. An IQ score of 85 points is far too low to practice medicine, and remember because IQ in adults over 18 is - at the very least - 80% genetically determined, it is fixed and does not improve. There is nothing ,given the current capabilities of genetic technologies that have been developed in medicine, or ANY OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL factor that can lift the IQ of a Black adult who has, say, a properly measured IQ of 80 points. NOTHING.
