Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows was repeatedly pressed by prosecutors on why he visited a suburban Atlanta facility where Georgia officials were auditing ballot signatures. Meadows insisted he traveled there on his own volition as a chief of staff because he was already in Georgia visiting his two children for Christmas.

Meadows said he read about the site in the paper and arranged with his Secret Service detail to visit the facility to give firsthand information to Donald Trump, who was concerned about the Georgia recount. Meadows insisted it did not cross the line into campaign or political work for the Trump campaign and said he only communicated with Trump and White House lawyers about it.

Who did you think he was going to communicate it with, duh

Raffensperger, who Meadows coordinated the infamous call to, testified he never considered the call, beginning to end, as a anything but a straight political/campaign call
 
Jane and Audrey Meadows are both dead, rest their souls.

Who's this Mark guy again? Was he on The Apprentice?
He wasn't on any of the good shows like his aunts.

Tough proof Meadows has to convince the judge that acting to overthrow an election was part of his job. So committing crimes was part of his official duties? When Trump is involved, so is breaking the law.
