Massive banners with Trump’s face are adorning some federal buildings in DC.

And in the two wrongs make it right column:

“Did they raise concerns when they were putting banners and stuff up when they were in the White House? I don’t recall that,” said Georgia Republican Rep. Barry Loudermilk. “ Why the double standard?”

If your goal is to save money and not have wasteful spending, start with the little things, like the frikin' banners.

Other banners that should have remained unmade: "Mission Accomplished!"

None of them proclaim Trump "king." By that standard, Obama does the Mussolini thing with the chin up pose.

What does that banner say?

The Golden Rule is "Believe what you know you are supposed to believe", as in "Trump defeated Biden". It's a sadness that will pass.
No, Marty, the vegetable (that you far left loons lied about for four years) was not even allowed to run against Trump.

We don’t even know who was president during those four years.

Poor. Marty.

You thought Obama was a king, a God, Marty.

He wasn’t.
Nope, I didn't. But what you and your friend don't seem to get through your near hollow skulls is that it doesn't matter what people like me think. It matters, in the present case, what Trump thinks and the extent to which he is able to draw support for what he thinks. Trump is showing us he thinks it would be good if he had the kind of power Putin has, never mind The Constitution.

“When I saw the banners hanging from federal office buildings last week, it reminded me of [the] Communist Party in China and banners hanging from federal offices—just totally inappropriate and a step towards authoritarianism,” Democratic Rep. Hank Johnson from Georgia told CNN. “It’s another indication of the march that we’re on towards authoritarianism in this country.”

The report, released by Schiff earlier this week that alleges the administration is using federal funds for propaganda, found the Trump administration has spent at least $50,000 in taxpayer funds to create the banners, with the Department of Agriculture spending $16,400, Health and Human Services $33,726, and the Department of Labor around $6,000.

Wonder how much *that* cost? Rather than an individual, if they must post banners, wouldn't the American flag be more appropriate? After all, it represents all of us, not just one ego-driven painted old man and his cult.

This is so evocative of a typical despotic regime with leader worship ala Kim, Xi, Hitler.
