In my state it's illegal to give consent if you're under 16.
 
Did Mr. Robertson commit a crime?

Is there evidence he had sex with his wife-to-be prior to their marriage?

In Louisiana marriage at 16 is legal with parental consent.

If a liberal has evidence that Mr. Robertson violated the law, let them present it.
