I grew up in then conservative Rockford Il , I stopped being a conservative in 1981 at the age of 19....I was noticing by 1990 after I started calling myself a radical leftist that the claims that in day to day interactions it is the conservatives who are intolerant and full of hate were bullshit and I started saying so.
