I think the Feds should focus on protecting American growers and just take down foreign smugglers.

World class seeds can be grown anywhere, Humblot county proved that.
 
Cable guy, watch and learn. The taxes paid will be exponentially higher than confiscations. Not that confiscations will stop.

Raiding state sanctioned businesses is going to be troublesome for the fed.

For the time being, they should focus on anyone trying to smuggle large quantities out of Colorado and Washington. As more states come around, they should focus on protecting Americans from Cartel and criminal influences.

Protect the American growers, buy American pot.

so far, it hasn't been a big issue for the ones raided in Cali. any state that tries to take the feds to court on it is gonna lose while the federal courts still rule that any law out of congress is presumed constitutional.

It empowers the people to grow their own. It's way better than controlling who can grow through licensing, which makes a big target.

Nothing is going to blow away. What are you talking about? The DEA is not going to raid every individual with plants. Six to twelve raids aint going to accomplish squat. People are growing weed even with it being illegal in their state and raids every day. This takes the heat from local cops off of them which is far more of a threat than the DEA. The DEA aint stopping SHIT in California or anywhere else, even with local police help.

Further, it blows the doors off of who can profit. It's not just a few dispensaries/grow houses. Medical marijuana laws are vulenrable due to greater regulation and limiting the beneficiaries.

Do you want them to raid? You sound like Ditzy on this. What's with the bitterness? Marriage equality and legalization have reached the tipping point. We won. It's not going to swing back. The legalization movement is going to soon return its focus to California which is a huge financial market.

And all the grow houses in Cali have been shut down? Uhhhh, no! Fuck the DEA! They don't have the power to stop this.
