No that is NOT what we are discussing.

This case had a mass abundance of document evidence. So much more than most cases that no jury trial was required. When the facts are so clear no trial is required to establish them.

If you understood anything about law, you would know that Summary Judgements are because the case is strong and not weak.

Your error is again speaking on law, even as EVERYONE who reads your posts on law, laughs at you and ridicules you.
