He did mention that an expert found that the value was between 18 million and 27.6 million.

The judge did no estimates. He simply said what Mira Lardo was rated at by Trump's people in the past for tax purposes. When Trump was bitching about that estimate he said it was worth a billion or a billion and a half. Yet he did not volunteer to pay back taxes on that estimate.
